Job Title: Quality Transformation Expert

SAP is seeking a Quality Transformation Expert to join our team. As a member of the SAP Global Quality Community, you will be responsible for driving quality transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve compliance with corporate requirements and product standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address quality gaps.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance overall quality performance.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on quality transformation best practices and share knowledge with the wider organization.
  • Represent SAP in audits and respond to related audit questions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Excellent English language skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Advanced understanding of development and cloud operation processes.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
