  • Key responsibilities:
  1. Analyze and resolve customer reported issues by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing settings/parameters.
  2. Root Cause Analysis of reported issues.
  3. Create knowledge documentation, perform knowledge sharing, moderate forums, etc.
  4. Collaborate with other SAP Support Teams.
  5. Participate in projects related to support processes, infrastructure requirements, and quality assurance.
  6. Report errors to Development.
  7. Provide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queries.
  8. Learn the newest cloud integration technologies and systems.
About the Team

SAP's Procurement Customer Support team handles customer issues from SAP Ariba Cloud Procurement Solutions.
