Communication Expert Opportunity

This role involves supporting the Management Office and Support Engagement Team in their daily work, focusing on employee and customer engagement, executive communication, business transformation, and strategy implementation.

  • Prepare communication content for internal and external programs, initiatives, campaigns, and events – including presentations, videos, articles, and graphics.
  • Manage event preparation and execution.
  • Provide support where required to the team executing strategic programs and projects as well as business operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A strong educational background in a relevant field such as Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, Psychology, Languages, or Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and knowledge of prompt engineering for large language models.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English with fluency. German is an added plus.
  • Pro-active character and reliable in delivering results.
  • Good self-organization skills since you will be treated as fully integrated team member with own responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills to interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
