Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers to educate them on correct external worker engagement, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate and resolve escalations from managers, third-party vendors, and external workers.
  • Closely cooperate with other organizations to resolve complex issues.
  • Execute and enhance processes supported by the organization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve processes and make them simple for customers.

A successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. They will also have experience in HR systems, tools, and processes.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In addition, they will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
