We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in financial reporting, cost controlling, and general ledger management. They will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, monitoring and controlling costs, and overseeing general ledger activities.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations
- Monitor and control costs, budgets, and financial performance
- Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax reporting
- Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and improve processes
