About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead our legal operations in Brazil. As Head of Legal, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our businesses and entities in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Brazilian law and regulations, as well as experience working with multinational corporations. You will be part of our Global Legal Centre of Excellence, collaborating with colleagues from around the world to drive business objectives and enhance governance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support to our businesses and entities in Brazil
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to drive business growth and reduce risk

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Brazilian law and regulations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in law, preferably with a focus on commercial law or corporate law
  • Experience working with multinational corporations in Brazil
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
