Warehouse Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Optimization Specialist to manage our warehouses efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring the proper management of warehouse inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Supporting corporate departments in preparation of slow moving analysis and ensuring accurate inventories and notifications of obsolete spare parts or materials for elimination
  • Executing all required periodical checks from internal and external audits
  • Creating and submitting reports on Asset Management and Quality
  • Codifying and classifying warehouse materials and machine codes
  • Reviewing and proposing procedures for stored equipment and spare parts
  • Ensuring proper set up and layout of stores
  • Promoting continuous development, improvement, and management of warehouses to achieve timely, efficient, and effective operation and provision of services in accordance with corporate procedures
  • Checking for knowledge of technical team members and proposing necessary training regarding warehouse systems and procedures
  • Performing internal and external audits or inspections in line with corporate procedures and yearly plan, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring follow-up
  • Supporting corporate departments in evaluating resources involved in warehouse management
