Executive Housekeeping and Laundry Operations Manager

Job Description:

This position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping operations to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
  • Support departmental targets, work schedules, and policies and procedures.
  • Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of housekeeping and laundry.
  • Perform routine inspections of all housekeeping areas and report any issues.
  • Implement all housekeeping policies and procedures, including health and safety and security.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel, leisure, or retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control capabilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to different work situations.
  • Knowledge of Workplace, Health, Safety, and Hygiene is essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Possess a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
