Executive Leadership Opportunity

The role of a Hotel General Manager is to oversee the daily operations of a location, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that drive commercial growth and financial success.

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to align operational strategies to support commercial goals and deliver results-oriented outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Optimize daily functions across all product areas, including Front of House, Back of House, F&B, Kitchen, CoWork, and Experience
    • Ensure deep understanding of brand standards and conduct regular rounds to maintain compliance
  • Finance & Accounting:
    • Full P&L responsibility, with in-depth understanding of financial statements and ability to develop impactful strategies for improvement
    • Review month-to-month P&L and reporting systems, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue growth
  • Human Resources:
    • Lead recruitment and selection processes, creating and managing staffing plans to meet business needs
    • Decision-maker in key team member recruitment, working closely with the Commercial and Operations Teams
  • Commercial:
    • Understand commercial direction and vision, collaborating with the Commercial Team to review forecasted revenue, ADR, and Occupancy
    • Proactively review rates, online ranking, and other metrics to ensure alignment with pricing and positioning strategy
