As a seasoned hotel professional, you will take on the role of a General Manager, overseeing the executive team and driving the hotel's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the hotel's operations to ensure optimal profitability, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Lead in all key property issues, including capital projects, customer service, and refurbishment, to maintain high standards and achieve business objectives.

  • Drive business planning, ensuring alignment with hotel objectives and Hilton's overall strategy.
  • Maintain compliance with Hilton Brand Service Standards, promoting exceptional guest experiences.
  • Optimize costs and identify revenue opportunities to enhance hotel performance.
  • Develop and lead the hotel executive team, fostering career progression and succession planning within Hilton.
  • Conduct regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team, promoting transparency and collaboration.
