Job Description

Maintain harmonious relationships with labour unions, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and the company's labour relations strategy.

  • Lead negotiations with trade unions, manage communications and ensure adherence to collective agreements.
  • Handle inspections, audits and represent the company in labour-related proceedings with Brazilian authorities.
  • Provide expert guidance on labour laws, monitor legislative changes and ensure internal policies align with CLT regulations.
  • Support HR and leadership in labour strategies, disciplinary actions and organisational changes.
  • Track labour trends, update dashboards and report potential risks to HQ.
  • Deliver training on labour topics and foster open dialogue with union representatives and frontline teams.
  • Research and report on regional labour market trends, union activities and strike patterns.
