We're seeking a professional to join our team as a Bilingual Junior Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Call Team, monitoring call status, drafting company correspondence, and organizing records.
The role also involves researching institutional data, gathering documents for tax reporting, maintaining communication with accountants, and tracking administrative processes.
The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have skills include knowledge of cash flow tracking, Power BI proficiency, and understanding of compliance and corporate governance.
