Financial Business Partner

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to support our North America Online Retail Division. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and reporting on monthly results, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive retail operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be proficient in financial systems, and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Support the North America Online Retail Division by providing financial analysis and insights.
  • Analyze large datasets and summarize findings for leadership.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide recommendations to commercial decision-makers.
  • Conduct audits of retail performance and analyze profitability.
  • Identify risks and opportunities through analysis.
  • Drive process simplification and share best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of financial experience.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
