We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical individual to join our team of financial experts. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop tailored financial plans that meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through exceptional customer service skills.
  2. Gather client information to create comprehensive financial plans.
  3. Guide clients in preparing for retirement by offering expert advice and support.
  4. Evaluate investment portfolio recommendations to ensure they align with clients' goals.
Qualifications:
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An engaging communicator who can effectively articulate complex financial concepts.
  • A problem solver and critical thinker who can analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A commitment to ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Prior experience in sales or a willingness to learn and acquire new clients.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience, with at least a high school diploma or GED.

Additional Details:

The path begins with the Pre-Contract phase, covering licensing costs. Upon completion, you may start as a part-time Contract Associate earning approximately $15/hour, progressing to a full-time Financial Professional Associate earning $50,000–$75,000+ annually in commissions and bonuses.
