Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, answering phone calls, checking guests in and out, and collecting payment in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. They will also be required to complete daily paperwork and ensure that company safety and security procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist and respond to guest requests with diligence.
  • Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances.
  • Maintain organized and clean work areas.
  • Sell the value of the organization to inquiries and convert them into reservations and occupied rooms.
  • Collect relevant guest information and identify sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate property management system technology.
