We create solutions for the world's largest healthcare company, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery in our LATAM cluster.

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for maintaining processes to support payroll processing, including data collection, data validations, reviewing and approving payroll results, and providing direction to the payroll staff.

The Payroll Specialist will process country payroll inputs using country-specific templates, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all payroll cycles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Processing country payroll inputs using country specific templates
  • Managing payroll inputs related to base pay, disability and leaves, work schedule changes, new hires, employee movement, separations (final pay, severance), organization changes, job and pay changes, and one-time payments
