Key Responsibilities

As a Luxury Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Onboarding new clients and tailoring our services to meet their individual needs
  • Understanding and recording client preferences to provide personalized interactions
  • Monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of our main metrics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in luxury services, preferably as a UHNW travel consultant
  • A degree in Tourism or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good sense of empathy and ability to connect with clients quickly
  • Intermediate/Advanced English language skills, with native Portuguese speakers preferred
