Dynamic E-commerce Operations Manager
Drive growth and success for our e-commerce merchants by delivering exceptional support, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities- Merchant Development & Relationship Management
- Establish trust with assigned merchants through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with merchants to co-develop customized growth strategies aligned with their brand voice and audience.
- Develop a deep understanding of merchant key performance indicators (KPIs) and align agency resources to achieve goals.
- Operational Process Optimization
- Document and streamline merchant onboarding processes and day-to-day operations through the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide timely support and ensure prompt resolution of merchant issues.
- Cross-functional collaboration to align merchant needs with agency capabilities.
- Performance Coaching & Growth Enablement
- Track and report on key merchant health metrics, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable solutions.
- Deliver coaching and training on content best practices, advertising optimization, and product listing enhancements.
- Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities leveraging platforms and agency resources.
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize merchant performance trends, flagging underperforming accounts periodically.
- Generate weekly/monthly operational reports highlighting positive and negative aspects, challenges, and improvement plans.
- Market Insights & Feedback Loop
- Collect and synthesize merchant feedback on platform pain points, sharing insights with TikTok's product/operations teams to inform platform improvements.
- Monitor industry trends and share actionable reports with merchants to stay ahead of competitors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in merchant business development, account management, or e-commerce operations, preferably within social commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with e-commerce workflows.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
