Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our organization, including budgeting and forecasting, operational expense management, and relationship building with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to the organization, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage operational expenses and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cost center managers and senior management
  • Develop and implement financial models and dashboards to guide investment decisions
  • Liaise with other corporate finance departments as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, or an advanced degree (e.g. master's, MBA, JD, MD) with relevant work experience
  • 5 years of work experience in finance, with a focus on budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, and process development
  • Sound foundation in finance and working knowledge of GAAP
  • Experience with complex financial systems (e.g. Hyperion, TM1)
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI)
