Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Assurance sector's financial planning initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to clients and driving continuous improvement in financial planning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial planning strategies to enhance client value proposition
- Provide operational support to Assurance client service teams, fostering stronger relationships through clear communication
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables to maintain quality and efficiency
- Lead the creation and implementation of impactful financial planning strategies, leveraging technology to enhance processes
- Drive business growth by analyzing financial data and creating reports to inform decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CPA, Economics, or related field (USGAAP)
- +4-5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and leadership
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Strong skillset in engagement economics, forecasting, financial planning, and operational monitoring
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports
- Developing and executing controls and procedures
- Managing preparation of financial statements
- Recommending solutions to process/system changes
- Completing ad hoc assignments/projects
- Providing strategic and operational planning support
- Establishing metrics and monitoring departmental efficiency
- Coaching, training, and leading teams
