Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Architect with a focus on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps methodologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the robustness and scalability of our platform.

Your Role:

The Infrastructure and Security team is tasked with managing Belvo's platform, ensuring it operates securely and is highly available. Our clients depend on us to maintain their financial operations, and we uphold rigorous standards in our infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage infrastructure utilizing tools such as AWS, ECS, and Terraform.
  • Ensure smooth operation of AWS managed services, focusing on industry standards.
  • Implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to detect issues early.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for production infrastructure.
  • Enhance deployment processes for greater speed and flexibility.
  • Collaborate on compliance and regulatory initiatives.
  • Work with Product Managers to align infrastructure priorities with business objectives.
  • Prepare for and support rapid growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing secure, highly available production systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience with AWS ECS.
  • Background in fintech and SaaS environments.
  • Experience in developing large-scale platforms with global reach.
