Job Description:

This is a rare opportunity to join a global fintech holding broker-dealer and capital markets services licensee as a Fintech Middle Office Operations Expert – Institutional Clients. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the full trade lifecycle while serving as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas.

A global fintech holding broker-dealer and capital markets services licensee, operating across multiple jurisdictions, is committed to empowering brokers, banks, asset managers, and fintechs with scalable and innovative investment solutions.

The Responsibilities:
  • You will act as the operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas, handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage.
  • Partner with internal teams across Technology, Product, Clearing, and Compliance to resolve client requests promptly.
  • Support client onboarding (KYC), including documentation, operational setup, and platform access.
  • Track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within Service Level Agreements.
  • Proactively monitor client activity and system alerts, escalating potential issues as needed.
  • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-first orientation.
  • Based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to multi-asset platforms (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
  • Experience with fractional investing or omnibus account structures.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in LATAM and global markets.
