- Labor Litigation Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of labor litigation and lead the best-in-class defense of our company's interests in lawsuits.
- Manage non-strategic labor litigation by leveraging in-house and outside counsel resources.
- Identify risks & opportunities and report updates to leadership.
- Monitor labor litigation key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement on accrual accuracy.
- Risk Prevention:
- Proactively identify labor risks and root causes of litigation and propose solutions.
- Lead work fronts to address identified risks and root causes.
- Provide advisory on labor and social security risks.
- Foster a preventive labor litigation agenda.
- Team Development:
- Support the development of the team and foster a collaborative environment within the Legal Department and with other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Law degree and licensed to practice law in Brazil (OAB active).
- +7 years of experience with Labor Law.
- Advanced English.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Specialization in Labor Law, in-house experience.
- Experience with leadership.
