Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our engineering team in a Junior Engineering Systems Analyst capacity. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the availability of systems used by engineering teams, guaranteeing seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.

Key tasks include user support, SharePoint Online management, user account management, data management, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a solid understanding of Windows, Office 365, SharePoint Online, and website development.

The role requires close collaboration with internal customers, including engineers, designers, and other engineering employees, to provide timely and effective support. Previous experience in supporting users, managing user accounts, and folder permissions is desirable.
