This is a great chance to work with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional services to our clients. As an intern, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary information and materials to provide excellent client service.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with client registration and updates, communicate with suppliers and clients, organize and process payments, generate electronic files for billing and payments, track and organize received invoices and financial documents, prepare documentation for monthly accounting closing processes, and perform general administrative tasks in the office.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in progress in any field, up to 4 semesters remaining until graduation. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and advanced English or Mandarin language proficiency.
