Market Executive Position

This role encompasses the overall leadership and performance of its market, overseeing operational ownership of the office and acting as an integral member of the Markets Strategy team.

It involves assisting in the development and refinement of robust business processes and reporting within its region.

  • Strategic Performance:
    • Develop, manage, and drive goals/KPIs for the regulated market to meet and exceed the company's business strategy and objectives
    • Analyse, evaluate, adjust, and implement effective strategies to drive growth and success in your region
  • Budget Management:
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop a strategic budget that drives growth in the market
    • Manage and drive 'performance to plan' for your region
  • Reporting:
    • Generate and present a monthly performance review of the region to senior stakeholders

The role works closely with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent and effective strategies are agreed and implemented at local market level.
