- Travel Coordination: Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Customer Resolution: Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Personalized Service: Offer customized travel recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Booking Management: Accurately process bookings, issue invoices, and handle financial transactions with ease.
This role will require assisting clients with their travel needs and providing exceptional support throughout their journey. If you have a passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.
