- Booking Management: Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Customer Resolution: Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Customized Travel Recommendations: Offer customized travel recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Accurate Processing: Accurately process bookings, issue invoices, and handle payment transactions.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry regulations, and product offerings to better serve customers.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or travel-related role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and handle customer issues efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of travel booking systems and industry regulations is a plus.
