This is a senior role that involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the design, development and delivery of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies and practices.
- Provide guidance on rules and regulations relating to TTS products and perform credible challenge as second line of defense.
- Review transactions and interpret Citi internal policies to identify potential compliance risks.
- Collaborate with other internal areas including Legal, Business Management, Operations, Technology, Finance, Control Functions, and In-Business Risk to address compliance issues.
- Support the Businesses by performing timely compliance reviews of new transactions and/or products.
- Assist in the development and administration of Compliance training for the supported TTS.
- Bachelor's degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof.
- Working knowledge on TTS products, payments infrastructure and financial industry requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to navigate a complex organization.
- Advanced degree (e.g. JD, MBA) a plus.
- Knowledge about the TTS business.
