International Data Initiatives Lead

Rapida Solutions is a global data consultancy that helps organizations unlock value from their data through modern cloud platforms and tailored business solutions.

We are seeking an International Data Initiatives Lead to oversee customer-facing data initiatives across countries, working directly with clients and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create semantic and dimensional data models in Snowflake to drive powerful insights in Power BI.
  • Build and optimize Power BI datasets, including aggregations and performance tuning.
  • Develop complex SQL queries for analysis and validation.
  • Migrate business requirements into scalable data solutions and clear insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst / Data Modeler.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake, dimensional modeling (Kimball/Inmon), and semantic layer design.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data transformation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of Power BI, particularly aggregations, large models, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong business acumen — able to translate technical solutions into business value.
