About the Role

You will join a team responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining complete and accurate records of projects in the energy sector.

  • Establish, maintain, and monitor orders/projects in financial systems
  • Store project and subsidy documentation
  • Prepare and issue invoices according to tax law requirements
  • Support bad debts collection
  • Produce and evaluate work in progress, review status for invoicing
  • Review supplier's invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project
  • Support and information: provide timely and correct supply of relevant data to business controllers, project controllers, and project managers
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting
  • Very good spoken and written command of English and Portuguese
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to act assertively, calmly, and confidently with internal and external business partners
  • Graduation prediction date to December 25th or later
  • Independent and structured work approach
