Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Operations Manager at CDS Fortrea Inc., you will collaborate with pharmaceutical company clients to review clinical protocols, define study design components, and work with internal teams to highlight risks and financial impacts associated with various study design options.

Main Requirements
  • University or college degree, or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution.
  • Experience with Finance Management within CRO segment.
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH Guidelines and understanding of local regulatory requirements.
  • Good planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Computer competency.
