Job Title: AI Innovation Specialist

The Opportunity:

  • Work with top companies to develop and implement cutting-edge AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models using LangChain and Python.
  2. Develop APIs, databases, and user-facing services for delivering ML/AI applications.
  3. Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and model evaluation.
  4. Apply expertise in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  5. Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered applications.
  6. Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases.
  7. Experience integrating and deploying ML models in production environments.
  8. Produce clear documentation on ML workflows, architectures, and best practices.
  9. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable AI infrastructure.
  10. Able to work through new and complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  11. Manage continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  12. Exercise forensic attention to detail.
  13. Assume a positive mindset and a proactive attitude.
  14. Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.
  15. Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
  16. Take ownership over your work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
