Senior Risk Management Executive

This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead risk management initiatives globally. As the Head of Global Risk, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive credit risk strategy that balances business growth with robust risk mitigation frameworks.

  • You will serve as a key strategic partner to senior leadership in shaping the company's financial direction.
  • Your expertise in credit risk management, underwriting, and commercial lending will enable you to develop and implement effective global credit risk policies and underwriting standards.
  • With a focus on B2B activities, you will oversee the underwriting process and manage a high-performing global credit risk team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, underwriting, and/or commercial lending, with a focus on B2B.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a global team of credit risk professionals.
  • Proven experience in managing credit risk portfolios in Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Colombia).
  • In-depth knowledge of credit risk models, credit assessment frameworks, and portfolio management techniques.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in the global credit space, with particular expertise in LATAM regulatory frameworks.
Location:

This role is based out of São Paulo, Brazil, and requires regular presence at our office in the Faria Lima area.
