Procurement Specialist

This role involves overseeing the acquisition of essential materials in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in establishing and maintaining our operations in the country.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Catalog and manage procurement processes for merchant materials in Brazil.
  • Swiftly identify potential risks within the procurement process and collaborate with various stakeholders to mitigate these risks promptly.
  • Maintain close communication with the BD team and merchants, ensuring continuous optimization of the overall material process based on customer feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the material procurement process and collaborative relationships with relevant departments, including procurement.
  • Precise attention to detail, responsibility, issue identification, and resolution in a timely manner, guaranteeing final delivery of materials.
  • Sales support experience is advantageous.
  • International trade expertise is beneficial.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is highly valued.
  • English proficiency is essential; we are a diverse team and clear communication is crucial.
  • Knowledge of Chinese is an asset but not compulsory.
