Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Coordinator to support our online programs in Computer Science.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or business administration, with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English is required, and other languages are a plus.

The Coordinator will provide administrative support to academic staff, manage course schedules, maintain records and databases, and act as the primary contact for students. They will also monitor student enrollment and progress, offer guidance as needed, facilitate communication between academic staff and students, coordinate events, seminars, and workshops, and liaise with tutors.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to academic staff and faculty.
  • Manage course schedules and maintain records and databases.
  • Act as the primary contact for students.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress.
  • Offer guidance and support as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students.
  • Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops.
  • Liaise with tutors and ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in English (C1+)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field

1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in higher education

Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively

Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies

Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education
