Sales Growth Specialist
This role is focused on driving business expansion into new and existing markets. Key responsibilities include managing distribution networks, expanding into new areas, and developing market strategies to achieve year-on-year growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage current distribution networks and expand into new areas.
- Develop and execute market strategies to achieve year-on-year growth for 3-5 years.
- Graduate degree preferably in Science or Commerce.
- Business management degree preferred.
- Hard core sales experience in FMCG or edible oil businesses with top companies.
- Proficient in local language and Hindi; good English writing and speaking skills.
- Computer knowledge is essential.
Achieve monthly and quarterly volume and MAV targets. Ensure 100% geo-tagging of created outlets. Install DMS at distributors with average monthly sales above 5mts. Collect timely payments and maintain an aged AR of less than 10%. Prevent forecasted stock expiry in assigned depots.
Additional Requirements- Automation at the field force level is key.
- Train DSMs to work on SFA and ensure 100% fulfilment.
- Increase buying outlets month-on-month and analyze patterns for low-selling products.
- Build personal relations with self-service stores.
- Drive secondary sales and achieve 90-95% sales forecasting accuracy.
