Job Title:

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team in driving deal sourcing and investment analysis process.

You will work closely with our founders to identify and evaluate targets in Brazil's Vertical Market Software sector, from outreach to deal closing.

We are a newly launched software HoldCo dedicated to investing in and growing outstanding vertical-market software companies.

The focus is on making majority investments in profitable, growing, vertical-market software businesses in Brazil, empowering teams with our value-add growth platform to accelerate further than they imagined.

Main activities include:

  • Researching and identifying potential targets
  • Managing and automating outreach efforts, including preparing communication materials and tracking progress
  • Engaging with business owners and brokers to identify new investment opportunities

You will also be responsible for supporting active deal flow by reviewing and analyzing potential targets, evaluating business models, competitive positioning, and sectors/markets, as well as building three-statement financial models and returns and valuation analyses.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic roles in startups, preferably with previous experience in tech/software.

Mandatory skills and qualifications include:

  • A genuine passion for technology, business, and investing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Working proficiency in English
  • A builder's mindset with a results-oriented approach

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
