As a Billing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all billing activities within assigned customers' portfolios. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely issuance of shipping and payment invoices while maintaining accurate records and controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing documentation gathering from shipping and project management teams to ensure highest controllership from a revenue recognition standpoint.
- Oversee warranty administration and SAP management processes.
- Support the business on any billing tests or audits, including Deloitte testing and internal audit support as well as SOX testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Administration.
- Experience in billing processes, NF-e, OAR, IBS, account receivables, and SAP.
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of GE Aerospace billing processes.
