Senior Billing Operations Coordinator

The billing operations specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in accordance with contract terms. This role requires strong analytical skills to review and validate customer orders, as well as effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify accuracy of customer orders.
- Ensure proper supporting documentation is provided for all orders.
- Collaborate with project management and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of billing processes.
- Process new orders, changes, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on early terminations and provide support for unbilled analysis at period-end.
- Adhere to revenue recognition policy and apply appropriate tax parameters.
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Excel and ability to learn new systems.
A degree in finance or a related field is desirable but not required.
