Main Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and oversee the billing process across multiple contract types.">
  • Implement and document regional policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to applicable group policies and procedures.">
  • Provide hands-on training and collaborate with operations to identify and implement process improvements.">
  • Plan and execute quality assurance initiatives for all processes.">
  • Ensure that team productivity, compliance, and quality standards are consistently met.">
  • Identify problems, propose alternatives, recommend solutions, and implement approved solutions.">
  • Collaborate with the collections team to research and resolve billing issues or discrepancies.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or an equivalent level of knowledge in a relevant field.">
  • Fluent English language proficiency.">
  • Mandatory minimum 8 years of experience in progressive accounts receivable/billing roles preferably in the staffing industry.">
  • Mandatory minimum 5 years of people management experience including direct employees and via leads/supervisors.">
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian billing processes and local taxes is required.">
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE WITH THIRD-PARTY PAYER GUIDELINES BIDDING PRACTICES AND REIMBURSEMENT PRACTICES.">
