We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Development team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design impactful data solutions and pipelines.
- Develop business domain expertise within the organization;
- Conduct in-depth close-loop data analysis based on related data;
- Partner with stakeholders to create and implement effective data strategies;
- Work with large datasets to identify key business issues or opportunities;
- Define and monitor key business metrics to drive performance visibility;
- Present findings to senior management;
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports;
- Mentor less experienced team members;
- Share best practices to promote data literacy across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Hands-on experience in analytical roles;
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages;
- Comfort with large datasets and numerical analysis;
- Knowledge of data warehousing and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive);
- Experience with data visualization tools;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
