Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum satisfaction and success of customers in your portfolio.

Your primary focus will be on onboarding new customers, identifying and leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and collecting feedback on the product to identify improvement opportunities. You will also support sales teams with technical demos and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Requirements
  • Fluent/Native in Spanish (mandatory)
  • Good level of English
  • Academic background in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electric, etc.)
  • Passion for teaching and a positive attitude towards issues and challenges
  • Energy and enthusiasm for working with customers
  • Hard work ethic and self-starter mentality
  • Availability to occasionally travel abroad
  • Experience using maintenance management software is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with software implementation is highly valued
