Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support and execute the preparation of local statutory accounting books and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

They will also assist in gathering and organizing financial and statistical information requested by local regulatory authorities, as well as collaborate with internal teams to collect and validate data required for statutory reporting.

In addition, they will coordinate with the Tax Department to support the preparation of tax-related information aligned with statutory financials, and provide support during external audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.

Moreover, they will help maintain and monitor internal controls related to statutory accounting and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and local standards.

Lastly, they will participate in the implementation and use of systems and tools that support automation and efficiency in statutory accounting and compliance activities.

Qualifications
  • Experience in accounting, especially in local books preparation and/or audit supports
  • Focus on goals and results
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Excel knowledge: basic level of Excel, specifically in the use of pivot tables
  • Intermediate English: ability to communicate in English
  • SAP knowledge: basic level of SAP/S4H would be valuable
