Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our statutory accounting team. As a Statutory Accounting Lead, you will be responsible for the preparation of local statutory accounting books and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Operations, to collect and validate data required for statutory reporting.
  • Stay informed about changes in local accounting and regulatory requirements, and assist in assessing their impact on statutory reporting obligations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably with expertise in local books preparation and/or audit support.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
