Job Description

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of creators and companies across various partner types and verticals. Your primary objective is to drive product adoption and optimization across YouTube's platform priorities.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a scaled portfolio of YouTube partners towards established goals.
  • Establishing scaled relationships with partners through different engagement types.
  • Driving product adoption, optimization across YouTube priorities and supporting creators in their content, business generation, and viewership goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, business, or relationship development.
  • Experience in the video, media, entertainment industry.
  • Experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in project management using project execution frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze data and insights and translate them in an external-friendly way.
  • Ability to manage objection handling, sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation.
