Requirements:

  • 5+ years of software development and ML engineering experience, including 3+ years in advertising systems.
  • Proven expertise in optimizing ad performance using mature models and emerging ML technologies.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with distributed data processing (Spark, Ray) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
