Job Title: Delivery Excellence ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Delivery Excellence Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery experiences for our customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing KPI Reporting: You will develop and implement KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs, providing visibility of milestones and performance across all programs.
  • Securing Resources: You will secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities, and milestones, and drive delivery of main projects.
  • Influencing Process Design: You will influence process design and development to ensure efficient and effective delivery processes.
  • Benchmarking: You will benchmark globally to share best practices and improve outcomes for our customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements is essential.
  • Program Management: 5+ years of program or project management experience is required.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience is essential.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL Skills: Excel at an advanced level and have expertise in SQL.
