Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist to oversee the central campaign calendar, develop and implement CRM strategies, monitor and analyze CRM metrics, forecast CRM actions and analyze campaigns, coordinate with multiple departments, oversee customer segmentation and targeting, manage CRM software and tools, optimize customer journeys, report on CRM performance and ROI, identify trends and improvement opportunities, lead the CRM team and report to the Head of Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the central campaign calendar and ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze CRM metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
- Forecast CRM actions and analyze campaigns to optimize resource allocation.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Oversee customer segmentation and targeting initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage CRM software and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize customer journeys to improve customer experience and loyalty.
- Report on CRM performance and ROI to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead the CRM team and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful execution of CRM initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leading CRM role with KPI ownership.
- Experience in CRM management and strategy development.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Optimove, Fasttrack, and mass data automation strategies and logic.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills to analyze and present data insights.
- Discipline and a strong ethos for structure and process to ensure efficient operations.
- An open and creative mindset to drive innovation and improvement.
