
Customer Relationship Management Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Management Operations Manager to lead our CRM initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans for promoting casino and sports-related events and offers.
- Manage the creation and delivery of marketing content, including campaign assets and messaging.
- Utilize CRM platforms and automation tools to design and execute lifecycle campaigns, promotional offers, and retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns and enhance engagement.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys for onboarding, retention, and reactivation purposes.
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM operations, preferably in a fast-paced digital or gaming environment. They should also have expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, and dynamic content personalization, as well as strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with A/B testing and lifecycle campaign optimization.
